How Qurba Works
Qurba does not send you meat, it sends you certainty. You order, write the name to be spoken at the time of slaughter, pay, and then follow everything from a page dedicated to your order until the video reaches you.
What are the steps from payment to video?
- You choose the sacrifice and write the name you want spoken at the time of slaughter, making sure to get it right the first time since it cannot be changed after execution.
- You pay by card or Apple Pay. Your order page is built within seconds of payment, reached from the "Track your order" button on the order status page, with the link also in your order confirmation email.
- The name you wrote at the time of ordering is the one mentioned in the video, so review it before paying since it is the biggest source of mistakes.
- On the day of execution, the slaughter takes place in Africa, and a clip specific to your order is filmed with the name spoken aloud.
- The meat is cut and distributed in full to families in need, and none of it comes back to you.
- Within 48 hours of the slaughter, the video is uploaded to your order page, and you can return to it whenever you like.

Why don't you set an exact slaughter time?
Because the slaughter happens on the ground in Africa, and conditions there do not allow us to commit to an exact minute from a distance. We give you the day, and you see the actual timing in the video itself once it is uploaded.
Why doesn't any of the meat reach me?
Because shipping meat out of Africa adds freight costs and spoilage risk, which reduces the amount that actually reaches those in need. We chose to put every riyal toward the sacrifice and the documentation, not shipping.
Questions people ask
Can I change the name after I order?
Message us at info@alqurba.com or through the chat assistant before execution and we will change it. After the slaughter it cannot be changed, since it has already become part of the documentation.
Is my order page password protected?
No login is needed. You open it from the "Track your order" button on the order status page, and the link is in your confirmation email.
What if the video doesn't reach me within 48 hours of the slaughter?
You choose between having it re-done or a full refund.
Can I share my order page with family?
Yes, it has a share button, and the page stays available whenever you want to return to it.
