Shukr Sacrifice Online: Full Sadaqah Documented with Video
Has something good happened and you want to thank God with a sacrifice given entirely to charity? A shukr sacrifice with Qurba is slaughtered in your name or the name of someone you love, and all the meat reaches families in need, with a tracking page and an execution video sent within 48 hours.
When do people order a shukr sacrifice?
Most often after a new baby, separate from the aqiqah, or after a success worth thanking God for. Some order it after recovering from a long illness, some after surviving an accident and feeling that what happened was a blessing worth a sadaqah for, and some even after landing a job they had waited a long time for. Everyone has their own reason, and the sacrifice itself is the same at its core: a sadaqah of thanks.
Is it a substitute for aqiqah or qurbani?
No, it is a separate thing. Aqiqah is a tradition tied to a newborn's timing, qurbani is seasonal in the days of Eid, and a shukr sacrifice can be ordered any time for any happy occasion, as a voluntary act of charity rather than an obligation. Religious detail is in the article on the ruling of the shukr sacrifice.
Why sadaqah specifically, and not just supplication?
Supplication is itself an act of worship of the heart, and thanking God verbally is always required. But some people like to pair it with a tangible act, and sadaqah is one of the clearest acts that turns a feeling of gratitude into something that benefits someone else. This is a personal choice, not an obligation, and there is no religious requirement forcing it on you.
You give it away entirely, what does that mean?
It means you keep none of it for yourself or your household. All the meat is distributed to families in need in Africa. It is a sadaqah, and sadaqah is among the established means of good, but we will not tell you it "wards off harm" or that it is a condition for a blessing to continue, since that claim has no clear proof behind it. It is thanks to God through a good deed, and that is enough.
Why does documenting a shukr sacrifice with video make a difference?
Because many people want to share their joy with their family, and putting a feeling of gratitude into words alone can be hard. The video lets you send your family something tangible they can point to and say "you thanked God for this blessing," not just a passing text message that gets forgotten quickly.

Yes, such as thanking God for your child's success or a family member's recovery. Write their name instead of yours when ordering, and it is mentioned at the time of slaughter instead of your own.
Can I order it more than once a year?
There is no limit on how many times. Blessings worth thanking God for do not stop at one, and whenever you feel a blessing you want to mark with thanks, you can place a new order with its own order number and tracking page.
Questions people ask
Can I order it without stating the reason?
Yes, you write your name only, and we do not ask you to explain the reason for your thanks.
Is a shukr sacrifice obligatory?
No, it is a voluntary act of charity that comes from your own wish to thank God for a blessing.
What's the difference between this and a regular sadaqah sheep?
It is the same product in practice, but a shukr sacrifice is tied to a happy occasion of yours, while the sadaqah sheep is broader and also covers cases like sadaqah for someone who has passed away or without any stated occasion.
Does the video mention the occasion for thanks?
It mentions the name you wrote, and you see the full execution in the clip.
Can I order a shukr sacrifice online from outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes, from any country, with no shipping address needed.
