Sadaqah Sacrifice in Ramadan 1448, Online
Want to give sadaqah in Ramadan with a whole sacrifice that reaches families in need, and watch it on video in your name or in the name of someone dear to you? The sadaqah sacrifice from Qurba is 569 SAR. We carry it out in Africa, and the video reaches you on your private order page within 48 hours of the slaughter. Ramadan 1448 is expected to begin around February 2027, depending on the moon sighting.
What can you offer in Ramadan?
Sadaqah is voluntary and needs no particular reason, and a nadhr is fulfilling something you made obligatory on yourself. The sacrifice of thanks is for a blessing that came to you and that you want to express gratitude for. The price is the same, 569 SAR, and the meat reaches families in need in full with none of it coming back to you. The difference lies in the intention spoken at the slaughter, and we explain it in our article on the difference between aqiqah, qurbani, nadhr and sadaqah.
| Sacrifice | Price | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Sadaqah sheep | 569 SAR | Sadaqah in your name or for someone dear |
| Nadhr sacrifice | 569 SAR | Fulfilling a vow |
| Shukr sacrifice | 569 SAR | Thanks for a blessing |
| Cow or bull | 3145 SAR | A larger sadaqah in one sacrifice |
| Camel | 4749 SAR | The largest we offer |
Sadaqah for a loved one who has passed away
Some people prefer to dedicate Ramadan to sadaqah for a father, a mother, or a relative who has gone. You write the name when ordering, it is spoken aloud before the slaughter, and it is shown written on a sign in the video. The ruling on sadaqah for the deceased with a sacrifice, and whether the reward reaches them, is explained in our article on sadaqah for the deceased through a sacrifice, and the whole idea of the service is on the sadaqah for a loved one page.
A nadhr in Ramadan
If you owe a sacrifice as a vow and want to fulfill it in Ramadan, order the nadhr sacrifice for 569 SAR. A nadhr has details that matter, for example if you specified a particular place in your vow, and they are explained in the rulings on the nadhr sacrifice. Read them before you order.
How do you order?
You choose the sacrifice and write the name you want spoken, and then you pay. Your order moves through four stages on its private page.
- Received: you pay and a private order page opens for you, with its link in your confirmation email.
- Execution scheduled: we write the day of the slaughter on your page.
- Carried out: the name or the intention is spoken aloud before the slaughter and shown on a sign in the video.
- Distributed: the meat reaches families in need in Africa.
Prices are in Saudi riyals, and you pay by card or Apple Pay from any country with no shipping address, and your card's bank converts the currency. The video is uploaded to your page within 48 hours of the slaughter.
When should you order to catch Ramadan?
The moon sighting sets the first day, and it can differ from one country to another. If you want your sacrifice carried out while the month is underway, order while you are in it, before 4 pm Saudi time, and it enters that day's queue or the next day's. If you order weeks before Ramadan, your sacrifice is carried out in its normal turn, and we cannot promise it falls within the month. It is best to order in the first days, because an order placed in the last days may get its video after the month has ended.
To be honest, we cannot fix a particular night or hour for you, and we cannot promise a particular village or family, because the lists of families in need change from week to week. What we commit to is that the slaughter is documented in a video. If the video is late past 48 hours from the slaughter, you choose between having the sacrifice re-done or a full refund. Cancelling before the “Carried out” stage returns the full amount. Details of the service outside Saudi Arabia are on the aqiqah outside Saudi Arabia page, and its ruling is in our article on aqiqah and qurbani outside your country.
